A career within Consulting Services, will provide you the opportunity to work with clients throughout all stages of the business cycle to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success and to construct the analytical frameworks that result in strategic recommendations for our clients. As a Senior Associate you are end-to-end responsible for a work stream within the project, working with both PwC and client team members. You regularly manage a team of consultants and you will work across a variety of industries. (International) travel can be part of the job as you will often work at the client site.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of management consulting/corporate structuring/strategy services experience. 
• Degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA) in business administration, (business-) mathematics, engineering or natural sciences with focus on business or finance.
• Specific experience in an industry (FMCG, energy, banking) is considered an advantage.
• Practical experience in management consulting in one/more of the following areas: Strategy or strategic planning; Strategic project leadership; Organizational restructuring/transformation; Finance or business operations; Business development, marketing, or sales and/or Technology transformation.
• Working on high performing teams preferably in data analytics and advisory;
• Understanding of the financial statements and business cycles (revenue, supply chain, financing);
• Strong communication and presentation capability (reports, PowerPoint presentations and other deliverables);
• Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and working under time sensitive client deadlines;
• Utilizing previous experience and track record of data extraction/transformation, analytics, and visualization approaches;
• Experience working with big data tools (Alteryx, Power BI, tableau, etc.) is an asset.
• Fluency in English.
