Senior Associate in Deals

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant corporate finance services experience.
- Experience in financial due diligence, valuation assignments, external audit background and sound knowledge of M&A activities.
- Degree in Accounting / Economics / Finance or any other relevant disciplines and/or a professional accounting qualification.
- Working on high performing teams preferably in data analytics and advisory;
- Understanding of financial statements, business cycles (Revenue, supply chain, etc.), business diligence, and valuation, etc.; strong track record in performing financial analysis - proven P&L analysis, cash flow and balance sheet work;
- Analyzing or managing accounting, financial and transactional data in support of data analysis;
- Strong communication and presentation capability (reports, PowerPoint presentations and other deliverables);
- Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and working under time sensitive client deadlines;
- Utilizing previous experience and track record of data extraction/transformation, analytics, and visualization approaches;
- Experience working with big data tools (Alteryx, Power BI, tableau, etc.) is an asset.
- Fluency in English.
