Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
FMEA MODERATOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the FMEA creation and maintenance process according to internal standards;
- He plans meetings and leads a team in order to perform a risk analysis in the product development phase or process;
- He is an active member of the FMEA team focusing on expertise in quality and / or process (according to qualifications and training);
- It uses APIS software to create/update FMEA;
- It plans meetings and leads the team to review the FMEA's findings from audits, complaints (under the responsibility of MMSEE), and significant changes in the process;
- Prepares and adheres to FMEA review plans for individual projects;
- It examines the implementation of measures to reduce the level of risk in the production process. Plan and implement Reverse FMEA;
- Verifies compliance with process and product control requirements;
- Checks the compliance of the inspection plan with the work instructions;
- Checks the conformity of the performed activities in the job positions with the work instructions;
- Manages and updates FMEA records;
- Participate in Risk analysis evaluations on plant level;
- Collaboration on external and internal audits;
- Plans and conducts internal training in order to increase the qualifications of FMEA team members;
- Complies with the principles of quality systems according to IATF 16949, compliance with the principles of safety and health at work according to ISO 45001, compliance with the principles of environmental protection according to ISO 14001;
- Observes the principles of safety at work and fire protection, observance of cleanliness and order in the workplace according to the rules of 5S, responsibility for entrusted work equipment and work with them so as not to damage them, observe the provisions of internal regulations.
Key Qualifications / Requirements:
- Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive industry;
- Good knowledge of APIS system;
- Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC tolls, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standard
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Team player.
