You’ll be working in a team setting, assisting customers with choices and questions about our products.
You’ll have the opportunity to take f-stops customer success team to a higher level by using your communication skills and work in a fast-paced company which has potential for growth opportunities.
Ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with exceptional written and spoken English skills, coupled with a high degree of empathy, passion, and dedication.
This position includes working in shifts (including night shift).
A strong work ethic and relentless drive to listen, understand and help customers. Attention to detail and follow through is very important for communication with customers via phone, email, and other tools.
