hR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

 

What you would be doing
The role has the following key responsibilities:

  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality;
  • Assist HR with recruitment by managing correspondence and interview schedules;
  • Update information on all employees, including sick leaves, leaves of absence, overtime hours, work schedules, and more;
  • Continuously communicate with restaurant management to ensure processes are followed correctly;
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, mail distribution and filing – electronic and hard copy;
  • Contracts/Annex Contracts for all staff;
  • Manage and update personnel files – electronically and physically;
  • Support management, suppliers, associate and visitors by providing polite and professional assistance and correspondence in person, via phone, mail and email;
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook) in order to create and modify various document, reports, drafts, memos and emails;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Macedonian, Albanian and English, as translations are a necessity;
  • Scheduling, communicating and coordinating meetings within the office and with restaurants, as well as making reservations and travel arrangements;
  • Responsible for keeping inventory of all office supplies and placing orders/buying for replenishment when needed.

Who we’re looking for

A person in this position should have:

  • Working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others;
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize certain tasks and projects appropriately;
  • Great communication skills, along with complete knowledge of how to communicate through phone, email, internal memos, and more;
  • Knowledge of job boards, HR processes, and recordkeeping (Preferably);
  • Ability to work as a team member, assisting other HR personnel with their tasks;
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks;
  • To be familiar with North Macedonian labor law;
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or in a related field;
  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR or in any related jobs (Preferably);
