Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulating work instructions for production activities;
- Training machine operators according to work instructions, supporting them through the production process, and tracking their progress and efficiency;
- Preparing product samples for testing;
- Providing guidelines for aligning production process in compliance with established quality standards;
- Checking the quality of raw materials used;
- Providing and maintaining technical documentation necessary for the flow of technological processes;
- Tracking and analyzing production scrap (failure mode analysis and root cause determination).
- In process control of day to day production, week analyses and effective actions
- Generate ideas for Improving process flow
- Initiate cost save measures.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Proven work experience in process engineering;
- Good understanding of technological processes, input materials and end products;
- Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all functions;
- Being proactive and responsible;
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills in English;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;
- Personal skills and competences: Accurate, Flexible, Honest, independent, Organized, Responsible, Written and verbal communication, Time management (organization);
- Technical skills and competences: Oracle, Lotus, MESS, Writing procedures, Knowledge transfer, Commercial awareness.
