B&A e-Travel S.A. is an Athens- based travel software company and online hotels and travel services wholesaler. Established in 1989, B&A designs and develops solutions and web-based services for the companies that operate in the travel sector, mainly travel agents, tour operators, consolidators, congress organizers, airlines and marine travel specialists. With offices in Greece and Cyprus, Part of our services is www.travelmasterhotels.com, an online booking platform developed and designed to serve as a B2B service tool for travel agents.

B&A is now looking to establish itself as a leading travel services wholesaler in North Macedonia.

ONLINE TRAVEL B2B SALES ASSOCIATE


Due to the expansion plans of our company B&A e-Travel S.A., we wish to recruit an experienced and results oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate (based in Skopje and working remotely with the Athens office) will be responsible for the promotion and B2B sales development of our Travel Services Online platform -www.travelmasterhotels.com- to travel agents in North Macedonia, the day to day support of sales in the region and the planning of related activities (visits, appointments, calls, follow up) in order to ensure and achieve account sales and growth targets in the region.


Job description

  • Have a close cooperation with the travel trade in the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with potential B2B clients. Qualify leads and build pipeline of qualified prospects, engage with potential clients and schedule sales activities. Planning and implementation of sales activities.
  • Update clients on latest information - new services, tools, etc.
  • Investigate areas of concern and liaise with our in-house development team for product enhancements.
  • Weekly sales calls / report and follow up.
  • Frequent travel to meet prospects for presentations or visit existing clients.
  • Participate in the planning and development of marketing activities.


Requirements

  • Experience and know-how of the travel industry and especially travel agents serving retail, wholesale and corporate.
  • Strong knowledge of Hotel & Travel Services Reservations Systems.
  • Strong sales experience in the tourism sector (preferably B2B agency sales) of at least 5 years.
  • Planning, reporting (and financial)& organizational skills/Multitasking.
  • Excellent command of the English and Macedonian languages, both oral & written. Knowledge of Albanian and/ or Turkish languages will be considered a plus.
  • Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • The ability to handle targets and work towards their achievement.
  • Efficiency under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • CRS/CRM/MS Office proficient skills.
  • Driver’s license.
