HEAD OD LEGAL AFFAIRS

ODM Collections ltd specializes in debt collection and purchase of claims. Since its foundation in 2013, ODM Collections has been developing, changing its organization, modernizing equipment and technology, and improving processes and procedures of operations in accordance with market demands and the latest trends in the collection industry. We are continously expanding across the Western Balkan Countries (non-EU), with the aim of achieving a strong presence in the professional debt collection market across the region. Currently, we are present in Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Montenegro and by opening the offices in North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania, we will achieved to our goal to extend our presence to all Western Balkan Countries (non EU) in 2022. Continuous improvement in its operating business and the training of its staff, the company strives to achieve its goal, which is to be recognized as a unique debt management company in the market with the highest level of expertise and professionalism.

Location: Skopje, North Macedonia

Why you:

  • Law School University degree
  • Passed the Bar exam or possibility to be Bar exem candidat
  • Knowledge of business and enforcement regulations
  • Computer proficiency; MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Driver licence
  • Fluent in English
  • The North Macedonia Bar Association member or candidat for the enrollment

What you will do?

  • Providing strategic legal advice in all matters that are relevant for the business;
  • Developing and implementing legal and corporate affairs strategies with a strong support and coordination from the headquarters;;
  • Working closely with internal business partners;
  • Analysing legal implications of new projects, investments and any other strategic initiatives
  • Responsible for development and implementation of operational procedures and internal controls covering Legal
  • Being in charge of all representative office affairs
