QS Manager Cutting and Pre-Confection

Reports to the Quality Manager. Will be responsible for all quality processes and personnel assigned in cutting area during one shift. The  daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor quality key figures and implement measures if necessary
• Functional and disciplinary management of subordinate staff
• Put defective material on-hold and release
• Test supplied material (wires, terminal reels etc.) using random samples
• Give feedback on faults and train production team leaders and operators
• Carry out inspections according to working instructions and PCP
• Check settings parameters on machines and equipment; Check stock when complaints arise (internal/external)
• Identify faults when Q problems arise
• Act as contact for questions and Q problems in Cutting; Give feedback on faults after own inspection 

Requirements:

• At least 2years of proven experience of managing quality processes and people
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Assertive and self-confident personality, with much willpower and drive
   

General requirements:

• University degree (engineering/electro or similar)
• Fluent English
• PC skills on professional user level (MS Office)
• Structured and systematic approach
• Organizational and planning skills
• Team builder and team player
