Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
Supervisor Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing feasibility studies
- Calculation and creation of quotes considering the margins
- Planning and managing of the Sales Budget and Forecasts for its responsibility
- Tracking of pending quotes
- Managing of awards
- Agreements with internal and external customers
- To meet all requirements with regards to quality, environment and safety within the process
- Definition of KPIs and tracking of results
- Coordination, lead and development of direct employees
- Detection of risks in its process and initiation of actions
- Support of hiring process in accordance with HR and process owner Sales
- Advises the Sales process owner for all tasks related to his area of responsibility
- Initiation and coordination of Quote Capital Requests and Approval
- Achieve nominations to realize the business plan accordingly
- Create and maintain network
- Managing of the Sales Database (GSD) for its process
Key Qualifications / Requirements
- Technical/business degree
- 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Very good project management skills
- Very good moderation and presentation skills
- Intercultural Competence
- Fluent in English
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools
- Basic knowledge in finance
- Knowledge of the automotive regulations IATF 16949
- Negotiation and closing security
