Expanding our business operations in Macedonia, we are looking for the following position:
SALES MANAGER- BITOLA
Main job responsibilities:
Monitor progress on the agreed action plans and support field teams to deliver the same.
Build backup plans where necessary to make up for shortfalls;
Overseeing the field staff activities and performance;
Training field staff members, developing the sales teams thorough motivation, counselling and product knowledge education;
Promoting the organization and products;
Developing processes that drive sales;
Providing overall operational support;
Carrying out all additional work obligations made by the company in accordance with the workplace and the professional qualifications.
Qualifications:
University degree;
English language- advanced;
Strong communication skills, result-oriented, ability to multitask, current knowledge of industry trends and regulations, organizational and time-management skills, leadership skills, excellent PC skills (especially MS Excel).
