Responsibilities:
- Preparing and updating storefront pages for Apple, Google Play and Amazon apps
- Take ownership of the store marketing materials
- Build and maintain app store presence
- Marketing research
- Ordering and handling multilingual translations
- Release apps worldwide to make people happy :)
- Handling customer support (e-mail and store reviews)
- Monitor customer cases and Prepare reports, closely monitor app ratings and reviews; proactively find ways to respond to customers and provide product information
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree (English Language/E-business/Marketing/ - advantage)
- Outstanding written and spoken English
- Experience in Mobile operations (advantage)
- Technical orientation
- Basic analytic skills
- Creative thinking and ability to solve complicated problems
- The ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work under pressure
- A team-player attitude
- A fanatical attention to detail
