Technical Product Manager Film Capacitor
Western and North EMEA Regions
Main Responsibilities:
To manage the promotion of Film BU Products in the assigned Regions by:
- Supporting design in at customers R&D;
- Giving guidance and direction to FAEs on how and what must be promoted;
- Managing local disties branches inquiries;
- Managing customers negotiations and in general pricing in the area also;
- Giving directions to Disties quoters when needed;
- Transferring to KEMET R&D the info required for special design;
- Providing inputs on products market trends;
- Assisting budget preparation;
- Assisting other Product Managers or Sales during annual Negotiations with customers;
- Supporting Product PM in achieving the required Market Information.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree qualified electronic engineering preferably in power electronics;
- Experience in product management or project management role within multination companies in the component, electronic markets will be an advantage;
- Ability to work within matrix organizations at all organizational levels in particular with sales, operation and R&D functions;
- Comfortable in dealing with third parties and final customers, presentations, forums and negotiations;
- Fluency in English & computer literacy essential (good excel/ppt knowledge);
- Willingness to travel;
- A working knowledge of capacitor technology and design experience in power electronics would be an advantage.
