HR Services Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Standard reference profiles (job descriptions) analysis and review with relevant departments
  • Creating and maintaining reference profiles for job positions in the company
  • Regular review of the global and of the country-specific updated organizational structure and communicating the relevant changes to the departments
  • Support and advice for the departments on the feasibility of structural changes in compliance with the applicable international guidelines
  • Revising the organization chart and documenting all changes
  • Local adjustment and maintenance of HR standard processes (policies & procedures)
  • Support in preparation of employment related documents
  • Information support of new employees

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience in HR administration
  • BA degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences or other relevant area
  • English language knowledge and German language is an advantage
  • MS Office package (Word, Excel, Visio)
