Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of training concepts
- Selection and cooperation with external training providers
- Conduction and coordination of employee performance management process
- Participation in implementation of SAP Success Factors system for performance management
- Induction of new employees
- Creating and updating training documents
- Support, advice, and professional support of the managers related to employees' development needs

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' professional experience
- BA degree HR, Social Sciences or any other relevant area
- Training courses in employee development and performance management
- English language knowledge; German is an advantage
- MS Office package (Word, Advanced Excel)
