What you'll do:
- Defining the national processes for the administration of contracts and their compliance
- Monitoring and implementation of all legal norms and internal company rules
- Creation, development and implementation of a system for measuring the productivity of the Contract Processing Unit
- Prioritizing, organizing and tracking the tasks of employees in the Contract Processing Unit
- Preparation of reports and introduction of new processes and changes to existing processes in the unit
- Systematic confirmation and ensuring high quality of article data, information messages and contracts
- Handling problem cases with the company systems
- Communication with suppliers, and other sales departments and countries
- Management subordinated to corporate, management and behavioral principles and professional coordination of team members

What you'll need:
- University Degree (preferable education in Business Economy or Trade)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field
- Fluent English
- Fluent German is preferred / If not, intensive language course is provided by company and intensive knowledge acquirement is expected in one year
