In order to support the Operations Engineering department at our factory in Kumanovo, we are searching for highly motivated professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm!

Tasks:

• Conduct analyses for optimization (e.g. value stream analyses, etc.)
• Plan and realize production processes for existing and new products, using knowledge of almost all production processes
• Create specifications, production schedules, including standard time calculations, flows, layouts
• Implement change requests by internal and external customers, analyze and evaluate cost effects in cooperation with project management and supervisors
• Support the introduction of new production technologies; work toward the necessary procedural directives in cooperation with the departments
• Plan and document the extensive work sequences and operations, equipment and materials, taking into account known production processes/procedures in relation to the corresponding state of construction; taking into account ergonomic, production-technical and economic aspects

Profile:

• University degree with technical background (mechanical engineering, electro-technical engineering, informatics, traffic)
• Professional work experience in the automotive industry of at least 3 years
• Project management
• Good computer skills with Microsoft Office pack
• Advanced Knowledge of English language, knowledge of German will be considered as advantage
• Holistic / Process-Oriented Approach and customer Orientation
