About the Client

Our client partner is based in the USA and sells Sales and Marketing services and SaaS software to Real Estate Agents across the US.  Our Partner promises to triple an Agent’s business in 18 months or less through a unique combination of Lead Generation and cutting-edge Internet marketing activities.

Your Opportunity:

As our Partner’s Paid Media Guru, you will report directly to the Vice President of Service Delivery and join a distributed team across Europe, USA and the Philippines.  You will be primary strategist and decision maker in planning, executing and measuring the success of paid media projects.  

While this is currently not a Management role, the right candidate could be asked to build a team over time as the Partner enters new Markets and expands its customer base.

Candidate Profile and Experience:

The successful candidate will be a go-getter who can work creatively, think strategically and isn’t afraid to speak up when necessary. They will be expected to deliver results quickly. Day to day duties of the role include:​

  • Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
  • Work closely with Company Leadership, the Digital Marketing Manager, and the Sales Operations Manager to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Recommend changes to Ad Spend budgets on an ongoing basis.
  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
  • Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
  • Provide sound strategy planning and reporting to stakeholders
  • Recommend and plan expansion into other Paid lead generation opportunities like Facebook and Instagram.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media
  • Google AdWords Certified (a strong plus)
  • Google Analytics Certified (a strong plus)
  • Have worked within Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console platforms
  • Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, i.e. how to set up media analytics infrastructure to track KPIs
  • Experienced with third party tools designed to help plan and measure the effectiveness of Paid Media Campaigns.
  • Organized and with good interpersonal skills
