About the Client
Our client partner, MobiusPay, are a financial services organization who for more than 12 years, have been providing merchant services to entrepreneurs around the world. Now, MobiusPay is diversifying into the burgeoning legal cannabis space in the United States.
Your Opportunity:
You will be a crucial member of the business development team, working directly with the Chief Business Development Officer, and other staff members. Help us identify and establish contact with potential clients! Become an agent of growth as we diversify into a new and exciting industry!
Requirements
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Video conferencing in a professional setting
- Basic computer skills (Mac or PC)
- Exceptional English-speaking skills
- Strong internet connection
- Willingness to work 0900 – 1700 EST
- Experience with using Salesforce or a comparable CRM is a bonus

Candidate Profile and Experience

Day to day activities will include:
- Performing data entry
- Undertaking basic administrative and executive assistant duties
- Interfacing with clients and staff through Sales Force CRM
- Requesting, collecting, and organizing client paperwork and documentation
- Searching online for potential sales leads
- Researching and aggregating lists of sales of leads
- Assisting with Email marketing
- Emailing potential sales leads, and handing off leads to salespeople
- Serving as liaison between clients and sales personnel
- Researching industry events
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Taking dictation during client meetings and calls
- Aiding in development of merchant profiles
