Raw material planner
(The job position is temporary due maternity leave)
Functions, duties, scope of responsibility and competence for the position:
1. Coordinate work on checking the needs in raw material and its ordering.
2. Provide the consistent product movement from supplier to the plant.
3. Professional tasks, activities related to logistics:
- Control improvement of planned, programed and accounted documentation.
- Provide the constant control over the quantity of raw material.
- Analyze the level of stocks.
- Check the terms of delivery of order of products.
- Work out and keep guidelines and procedures of purchasing.
- Make instructions for employees.
- Participate in working out the production plan.
4. Rules for position after basic training of Gentherm Academy:
- Knowledge of juridical cases according to position, internal principles, documents.
- Keep safety and labour safety rules.
5. Quality management:
- Participating in errors’ analysis, working-out methods for their removal.
- Cooperate in preparation for audits and its conducting.
6. Planning:
- Production planning.
- Work out and perform the training plan for subordinated area.
7. New employees selection, their training, retraining:
- New employee’s participating in trainings, making job descriptions, assessment, and training.
8. Sharing, controlling and fulfilling tasks:
- Report on the fulfilled tasks.
- Control the department’s work.
9. Communicative duties, cooperation.
