Security and Fire Protection Officer
In order to support the Site Infrastructure Department in Kumanovo, we are looking for Security and Fire Protection Officer who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of physical security and fire protection of the buildings/facilities and the protection of DMM assets/property against loose or damage
- Demonstrate awareness of broad issues and Plant Management trends and evaluates the impact of security policy and procedure changes and adjust accordingly; apply Plant Management and Site Infrastructure principles to ensure optimal performance throughout organization
- Responsible for planning, developing and implementing of site specific security plans, security programs, such as Emergency Response, Physical Security, Incident Management and/or Investigation
- Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel to Management on security policy and practices. Identifies exposures and to recommend and develop corrective plans as appropriate
- Proactively assists the organization's Management in identifying and assessing strengths, weakness, opportunities, risks, vulnerabilities and complex threats to security and operations
- Manages the hiring and evaluation of all security staff and organization personnel with security duties
Profile:
- University degree (Military academy, Police academy, Faculty of security)
- 2 years working experience in security and fire protection
- Very good knowledge of English language, German language will be considered as an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Knowledge of advanced security and fire inspection procedures
- Conflict Handling Skills
