German-speaking Customer Service Professional
For our project for one of the leading European telecommunications companies, we are looking for inbound customer advisors.
As a successful member of our dynamic, multicultural team in Sofia, you have an affinity for sales, you enjoy communicating over the phone, good computer skills and perfect knowledge of German. Your main task is the support of our German-speaking customers – first and foremost, you solve the concerns of the customers, in addition, it is important to recognize the customer needs with skill and to offer and sell corresponding services and products. With this in mind, we offer you an attractive commission to reward you appropriately in successful sales talks.
Your tasks:
- Telephone or Chat support and advice for our existing customers;
- Management of contracts for Internet and television;
- Pass on additional sales and purchase offers (inbound).
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German;
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Good computer skills;
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage;
- Communication skills and the ability to maintain a good relationship with customers and support them in finding the best solution;
- Ability to present complex information in a simple and understandable way.
