PRODUCTION SHIFT LEADER
Reports to the Production Manager. Will be responsible for all production processes and personnel during one shift.
The daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reporting deviations to the condition of equipment handed over by the project team to maintenance and ensure that the deviations are eliminated; Functional & disciplinary management of assigned staff;
- Improving technical & organisational processes within production in coordination with managers & other departments
- Assisting during the planning and adapting of production resources in accordance with Logistics requirements
- Acomplishing time, cost and quality targets for the assigned shift
- Following technical &organisational process standards during the shift in production
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience of managing manufacturing processes and people in a manufacturing plant
- Ability to manage people in three shifts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Assertive and self-confident personality, with much willpower and drive
General requirements:
- University degree (engineering/electro or similar)
- Fluent English
- PC skills on professional user level (MS Office)
- Decisive ; Structured and systematic approach
- Organizational and planning skills
- Team builder and team player
