Position: Call Center Agent 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist users by phone, email and chat communication
  • Manage and resolve customer complains
  • Provide customer with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible to work all shifts as required (morning, evening, 
  • night, weekend and holiday)
  • Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to think, problem solve, take action and follow through
