Are you a dynamic and strategic marketer with a passion for crafting impactful customer journeys and maximizing engagement? We are seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of creativity and analytical prowess, with a deep understanding of creating effective campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving meaningful outcomes. If you're eager to own the customer journey from lead capture to repeat purchases, with a focus on upselling, nurturing, and improving customer lifetime value, we encourage you to apply. Location and working hours: Remote, 2pm-10pm
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies, spanning from lead generation to post-purchase engagement.
  • Create, write, and manage campaigns and funnels that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
  • Employ a creative mindset to craft compelling campaigns, while maintaining a keen analytical focus on reporting and outcomes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize open and click rates, making recommendations for improvements and implementing changes.
  • Deeply understand the technical requirements necessary to track user journeys on-site, designing effective and efficient funnels.
  • Implement strategies for upselling and downselling based on user behavior and purchase history.
  • Drive efforts to improve the lifetime value of customers through effective engagement strategies and post-purchase initiatives.
  • Leverage the Active Campaign CRM platform to build and manage automations that enhance customer experiences
  • Strategically automate and improve newsletter campaigns to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze communication frequency with customers, making adjustments to meet engagement goals and improve user experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SMS strategies and determine optimal scenarios for sending texts vs. emails, coordinating multi-channel campaigns.
  • Maintain a clean and engaged contact database, measuring and improving contact engagement metrics.
  • Analyze the duration of nurture sequences per product, providing recommendations for refinement and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to survey the audience for valuable insights that can drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate as a team player within an autonomous remote environment, contributing to a cohesive team dynamic.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest and experience in the health and wellness industry, particularly with a female-centric audience.
  • Report directly to the COO, playing an integral role in driving customer journey enhancements for the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, including lead generation, nurturing, and post-purchase engagement.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns and funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills, focusing on data-driven decision-making, reporting, and outcome analysis.
  • Experience with upselling and downselling strategies, improving customer lifetime value.
  • Deep understanding of technical requirements for tracking user journeys and creating effective funnels.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Active Campaign, and building automations.
  • Knowledge of SMS strategies and multi-channel campaign coordination.
  • Ability to maintain a clean contact database and measure engagement metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively as a team player.
