ProCredit Bank Germany is a part of the ProCredit group, which operates in eleven countries in South Eastern and Eastern Europe as the Hausbank for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and for private clients. ProCredit Bank Germany provides services to medium-sized companies that have business ties to the markets in which the group operates, working closely with the other ProCredit banks to facilitate the provision of longer-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in South Eastern and Eastern Europe. As the correspondent bank for the group, ProCredit Bank Germany also carries out the group treasury, international payments, and trade finance functions. With its work, the bank aims to make an active contribution to ecologically and socially sustainable economic development.

In order to strengthen the capacities of our international reporting team, ProCredit Bank Germany is seeking to hire a dedicated, responsible and qualified applicant for the following position based in Skopje:
 

Research and Digital Marketing Specialist
(m/f/d)

​Your tasks and responsibilities

• Marketing: planning and management of (digital) marketing activities, preparation and publishing of content via social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Research: trend und business research on (sustainable) banking in Germany and South Eastern and Eastern Europe, preparation of daily news overviews, market research for projects relevant to corporate development
• Knowledge management: sharing and structuring of generated knowledge via internal channels (e.g., intranet) and meetings

Your profile

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand and structure complex topics for further use by colleagues in the bank
• Experience in (digital) marketing
• Curiosity to look for the next big thing in (sustainable) banking and related areas such as renewable energy
• Digital mindset, open to new topics
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of software such as Canva and PowerBi is an advantage
• Strong sense of teamwork, reliability and communication
• Very good knowledge of English and German
