Raw Material Planner
The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Planning material supply to production lines
- Reporting with actions and disciplinary to Local Logistic Manager and central division
- Monitoring material consumption (target/actual),
- Stocks compliance with target ranges of coverage
- Communication with suppliers
- Control of run-out: minimizing obsolete material;
- Monitoring scrap quantities
- Control stocks (holiday reduction, MOCCA etc.)
- Initiate orders, coordinate delivery details with supplier
- Control schedules, availability of material and coordinate with the production plan
- Assist in supplier control
- Support plants to reorganization, restructuring and audits, train staff
- Plan, optimize, describe and introduce programs and processes
Requirements:
- University degree in business or technical area
- Experience in manufacturing supply chain is an advantage
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Result driven, goal an action-oriented; Open-minded
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet Explorer
