Job brief
In accordance with the rapid growth of the company, we are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Team Member to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Assistant Warehouse Team Member responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Assistant Warehouse Team Member (m/f)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements and skills
- High school degree is required
- Age between 20 and 30, ability to create a profile that will successfully correspond to the set tasks
- Importance of not having health problems, due to the weight and intensity of work
- Passing the necessary criminal checks from the competent institutions
- Ready to work in several shifts, including night shift, if required as necessary
- Ability to effeciently respond to the needs of work, related to additionally engagements or working overtime
- Ability to work under pressure in order to realize the set tasks when the deadlines for execution are short
- Applicants should be team players, ready for compromises in relation with all employees in the environment
- It is desirable for all applicants to have a basic knowledge of information skills
- Eagerness for learning and respect the established legal and company regulations
- Following and respect all safety measures, as not to endanger their own, as well as the health of employees in the environment
