Administrative Assistant for Board of Directors - German Language Speaker

What you'll do:

  • Process and coordination of received stakeholder correspondence 
  • Collect information for reports for board of directors
  • Coordination and monitoring of all documents which are time limited and other related responsibilities
  • Coordination and assistance in the preparation of meetings
  • Organize business trips for board of directors
  • Coordination, ordering, and record keeping for the need of board of directors
  • Working with the company's internal document flow

What you'll need:

  • University degree
  • English language knowledge is a must
  • German language knowledge is a must
  • At least 3 years' experience as a personal assistant
  • Willingness to travel
  • Trustful, loyal organized and detail-oriented person
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
