Office Assistant
Location: Skopje
BtoBet, a leading technological solution and platform provider in the iGaming industry with a passion to deliver cutting-edge products, is on the lookout for an Office Assistant to join its team!
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English both written and verbal, any other language skills to be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ previous work experience in a PA role is a must.
- Complete discretion and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work in a flexible manner with time-management skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and energetic.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle the C and V-level managers Outlook calendar.
- Organize meetings for managers, both internal and external.
- Organization and execution of strategic events.
- Responsible for the staff’s travel arrangements and organization.
- Procurement and management of office supplies and material.
- Communication and negotiation with vendors and associates.
- Collaboration and coordination with other corporate departments.
- Assisting, logistics and collaboration for corporate events with HR and Marketing teams.
- Liaising with staff, clients, and guests.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company.
