Currently, in our Controlling team, the following job position is opened:

Job Description:

• Perform forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, as well as data interpretation of business impact and results;
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management;
• Monitoring and analyzing important parameters and indexes on daily basis.
• Preparation of the corporate annual, monthly and weekly reports;
• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses and cost controlling;
• Develop and on-going review of existing reporting tools and templates in order to adapt to changing business requirements;
• Collaborating on the enhancement and creation of new controlling procedures and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering;
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in a comparable position is highly expected.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. using pivots, lookups, and so on);
• Strong analytical and mathematical skill;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Languages: Macedonian and English;
