Job role
Maintenance Specialist (Outdoor Facilities, Perimeter and Greenery)
As a Maintenance Specialist, you’ll play a important role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal of our outdoor spaces. You’ll work collaboratively with other team members to maintain parks, pathways, and other green areas. This position involves both routine tasks and problem-solving to keep our community spaces in top condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and litter removal.
- Inspect and repair park amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of pathways, parking lots etc
- Monitor and respond promptly to any safety concerns or damage.
- Communicate effectively with other staff and park visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical fitness for manual labor.
