We are looking for
DISPATCHER
(AFTERHOURS AND TRACK AND TRACE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Dispatch drivers and assign delivery routes based on priority and efficiency.
- Monitor driver progress and provide necessary updates to clients or relevant stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the delivery process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and other relevant computer systems.
