RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing candidates: Actively search for potential drivers through various channels, including job boards, online platforms, industry events, and referrals .
- Screening and evaluating candidates: Review driver resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications. This includes verifying their driving records, licenses, and certifications .
- Building relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with drivers to ensure a strong roster of candidates. Act as a point of contact throughout the recruitment and onboarding process .
- Conducting orientation and onboarding: Facilitate driver orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations .
- Effective communication, timely response, and staying updated with industry trends are essential for success as a driver recruiter .
Salary 40 000mkd to 70 000mkd depending on performance and experience .
