SPC Inspector
Department: QA
 

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Release Inspection any time a machine starts running or after resetting parameters.
• Arrange SPC inspection according to quantities and intervals of time mentioned in the test plans.
• Input inspection data in RQM.
• Inform Molding Department about any part reject and block all the NG material in Molding, Warehouse or Assembly Lines.
• Fill in the reports necessary for the control and monitoring of SPC and molding activities.
• Other day-to-day activities.

​Competency requirements:

• Education: Minimum High School Dipoloma.
• Special skills & Training: Familiar with basic measurement equipment (caliper, height gauge, profile projector, micrometer, etc.) & Basic knowledge of ISO.
• English language knowledge: Fluently speaking & writing.
