Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting
• Computer literacy is compulsory (Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
• Work experience in accounts will be an added advantage
• A very good command of written and spoken English (command of Turkish an advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Description:

• Collecting monthly turnover data from the tenants within the foreseen deadlines, checking the received data and making reconciliation with the tenant;
• Classifying the invoices and preparing for delivery together with the delivery list
• Follow up of the bank guarantees/policies validity, making the necessary reminders and ensures their renewal if needed
• Assistance in preparing bank documents/forms
• Follow up of the invoices in the process of internal approval
• Communication with the tenants (Reminding deadlines, contractual liabilities, payments etc. if necessary)
• Finance data entry- assistance in creating tenant database
