To strengthen our Quality team in the Baumer operations in Skopje, we are now looking for experienced fulltime:
Quality Engineer (m/f) Baumer Macedonia
Your challenges:
- Analyze customer complaints & non conformities, and initiate corrective / preventive measures
- Implement customer-specific Quality characteristics
- Setup and perform Incoming Material Inspection
- Control handling of nonconforming products within operations areas
- Check the compliance of the product and process specifications with the Quality Targets
- Coordinate Sample Inspections and Claims from Suppliers, escalate if necessary
- Apply the Quality Tools (A3,8D...) in the whole Process Chain and operation of the company
- Training and guiding employees on quality management specific topics
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Proven practical experience in quality role(s)
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing international company
- Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical) or related fields
- Ability to understand technical documentation and drawings
- Proficient user of SAP ERP software
- Knowledge in the areas of electronics production is desirable
- Quality management courses (certificates) will be considered a plus
- Ideal candidate should be self-driven and motivated and to perform various task with minimum guidance and supervision
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
