Responsibilities:
- Welding expertly various metals
- Welding of rails and switches in compliance with construction drawings and specifications
- Taking care of tools, equipment, supplies and materials necessary for job requirements following company policy and process
- Maintaining responsibility for all tools and equipment
- Following all procedures regarding H&S rulesand safety warnings as well as welding procedures according to the technical standards and specifications
Profile:
- Proven experience as welder
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings, safety warnings and guidelines
- Always attentive to detail and alert to ensure safety
- High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade
- Valid driver's licence – active driver
