To support our Plant in Skopje, we are looking for an Engineering Manager that embodies our values.
Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining efficiency and effectiveness of all production related manufacturing equipment & processes.
- Responsible for capacity planning & optimization; Continuous Improvement, Lean & Kaizen activities.
- Consolidate and report KPIs. Develop department-specific goals, break down and prioritize the Department's objectives, communicate them to all staff. Evaluate achievements.
- Ensure compliance with Customer requirements and Audits.
- Determine and evaluate execution of all projects. Administer all methods and procedures as per the required systems and supply standards.
- Evaluate and carry out investigation on discrepancies for actual, as well as planned industrial procedures.
- Plan and manage the budget within the area of responsibility. Provide support in strategic planning.
- Provide technical and disciplinary management of all employees in the department.
- Supervise the preventive maintenance schedules, inventory parts and daily consumable usage. Assist with equipment installations and project planning.
- Plan and supervise activities carried out by maintenance technicians. Develop irreversible corrective actions to resolve maintenance issues.
- Monitor, analyze and reduce equipment downtime.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree - Engineering or Technical studies.
- Minimum 7 years relevant work experience (similar Industry, field or position).
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing products and processes. Comprehensive engineering knowledge.
- Knowledge of QA systems and production systems.
- Experience with IATF 16949.
- Solid knowledge of FMEA.
- Strong knowledge and technical skills in maintenance of wire harness manufacturing equipment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Functional / working knowledge in MS Office Suite.
