(part of Luthman Backlund Foods Production LLC) is a manufacturer of healthy snacks and sweets with an office in Skopje and a factory in Bitola. The factory was built in 2022 and is a state-of-the-art production facility for cutting edge better for you snacks and sweets with no added sugar, gluten or palm oil.
We have a very skilled team of approx. 120 employees in the factory and we’re now looking for an experienced HR specialist to join our production company in Bitola, with a strong background in HR operations within manufacturing environments.
HR SPECIALIST
Position Summary
As our HR Specialist, you will create and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of our production company. You will manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will lead efforts to improve workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
Your Role:
- Manage a large team and handling teams of 100-150 employees effectively
- Implement techniques to enhance company culture and systemic protocols
- Lead the HR team, assigning tasks and overseeing their execution.
- Implement strategies to improve workplace atmosphere and establish systemic HR procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Engage proactively in communication across all departments
- Actively engage in communication with colleagues across all sectors of the company
- Organize events at the company or department level, and provide recommendations for training and development programs
- Conduct, organize, and analyze results from employee surveys and evaluations
- Communicate survey reports and other data collection findings to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience as an HR Specialist in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to spend professional time in all sectors with all employees – monitoring on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Result driven, goal an action-oriented, open-minded
- Experience with MS Tools
- Speaking fluent English and Macedonian
