Inside Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and approach companies in the United States that have open positions suitable for offshore staffing solutions.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their staffing requirements and challenges.
- Solution Presentation: Present Agile Pro Solutions' services as tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, highlighting the advantages of European talent.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients over the phone, via emails and online meetings, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support.
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently acquiring new clients and expanding existing clients relationships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in a services-oriented industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of staffing and outsourcing solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
