Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing and Growth Specialist to engage with targeted virtual communities and network users effectively.

As a Digital Marketing and Growth Specialist, you will need to achieve exceptional customer engagement, drive website traffic, generate new leads, convert leads into customers, and ultimately ensure a strong return on investment (ROI) through the strategic utilization of social media, email marketing, and SEO. You will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our Client’s products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers. Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, build, and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification;
  • Build brand awareness and positioning;
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action;
  • Optimize and maintain company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content;
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community;
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules;
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then acting on the information;
  • Collaborate with other departments (SEO, customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions;
  • Monitor online social media activity;
  • Generate website traffic and new leads; 
  • Convert leads into customers to ensure a strong ROI.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies that focus on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.
  • Develop and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Create monthly newsletters;
  • Create event follow-up emails;
  • Identify and track key growth metrics, and prepare reports on campaign performance and market trends.
  • Test and iterate on growth strategies to improve results continually.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., PPC, display ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.


Required Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Fluency in English and excellent and creative writing skills
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
  • Experience/Familiarity with Google/Meta Ads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be considered a huge plus
