The Team

The Office Management team is part of our People and Culture team. The Office Management team plays a vital role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributes to employees satisfaction.

Moreover, the Office Management team works to create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment in the office where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated. They cultivate a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and goals, fostering collaboration, well-being, and a sense of community among employees. 

Tools:
  • Jira, Confluence, Yokoy, Slack, Microsoft Office, Proton Docs.  
What you will do:
  • Working closely with international Office Management team, especially with the local Office Manager in Skopje
  • Assist the local Office Manager with day-to-day tasks like: office supplies purchase, ordering meals, snacks, stocks management.
  • Assist with organizing events on premises and off-site: company events, breakfasts, board games, etc.
  • Assist employees visiting us from other Proton offices, with tickets and accommodation booking, and welcoming them.
  • Book travel arrangements for Skopje bases employees (individual or group bookings)
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders like food orders delivery service, housekeeping,... etc., monitor service providers' performances and submit ideas for improvements.
  • Take over some administrative tasks during absence of local Office Manager, following established procedures
  • Perform manual tasks: setting a meeting room, organizing storage room, housekeeping tasks....
What are we looking for
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Education background in service-oriented fields like hospitality, but not limited to.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work part time - 4h/day (flexible start between 09:00 am - 10:00 am) from Monday to Friday
  • Availability in supporting organizing events outside of working hours.
  • Motivated individual with strong focus on service and employees well-being
