Senior Business Analyst – Data Bidding and Buying Specialist
Position Overview: As the Senior Business Analyst- Data Bidding and Buying Specialist you will be responsible for driving data acquisition strategies and enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in data buying practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in data bidding, and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hypothesize on, create, implement and execute various Auction Bid and “Internal Redirect” campaign strategies on a profitable and long-term basis.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging data sources and assess their potential value.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from data and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop predictive models to enhance data bidding and buying strategies.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
- Regularly audit data sources and implement improvements to maintain high standards of data quality.
- Ensure all data bidding and buying activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data bidding or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
