Major Job Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of molds after order is completed
• Check the functionality of all parts of the mold (sliders, shapers, ejectors, brakes, water, oil, air, tensile and screw changes)
• Proper layout of current connectors and heater terminals, for voltage and temperature sensors, their measurement and necessary change
• Assessment of the functionality of the mold or component of the mold
• Proper lubrication
• High caution in slides and textured inserts
• Daily daily tasks: cleaning the tables for molds and worktops, lockers, tools and workshop, arranging and separating screws, connectors and other consumables needed for the workshop to function smoothly as a separate unit.
• For any changes, defects, etc. molds and equipment Mold maintenance Technician is required to notify the team Supervisor
• Mutual functionality and assistance as a whole team together with technicians in the Molding Department, not excluded at all
• functioning of the molds and related equipment.
• Other day-to-day activities

Competency requirements:

• Education: High School Degree.
• Working Basic in English.​

An Advantage will be considered:

• experience in same or similar work area
• skills for metallurgical work with metals, welding,grinding, milling, turning,also with hand tools
• experience and skills with metallurgical machines as milling, lathe, grinding, welding
