Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, shippers, and receivers to provide real-time updates on shipment status.
- Proactively resolve any shipment-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment details and statuses within our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (dispatchers, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns regarding shipments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
