FUEGO - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

(Balkan Region)

 
 
 

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company’s product portfolio. This role includes managing pricing strategies, segmenting the product offerings, overseeing product ranging, and leading product development initiatives to meet market demands and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and profitability
  • Develop pricing strategies that align with company goals and market conditions
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to ensure competitive pricing
  • Analyze customer segments to optimize product offerings for different markets
  • Determine the appropriate product mix and ranging strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with the product development team to create and launch new products that meet market needs
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and negotiate new partnership opportunities to enhance business growth
  • Set sales targets and work with the sales team to achieve business growth objectives
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and product performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in business development, product management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing, product segmentation, and product development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel across the Balkan region
