For more than 25 years FUEGO is continuously increasing its regional presence and rises up to a leadership position in its segment. Due to the further expansion of the regional operations, we are searching for:
FUEGO - EXPORT SALES MANAGER
(Balkan Region)
The Export Sales Manager is entitled to oversee and expand our sales efforts across the Balkan region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategies to increase market penetration, and managing relationships with distributors and partners outside of our core markets of Kosovo, Macedonia, Albania, and Bosnia. The initial focus will be on Croatia, Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria, and Slovenia, with potential to expand further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and export strategy to expand into the Balkan markets
- Identify and target key markets, partners, and distribution channels
- Create and manage sales forecasts and reports
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, distributors, and agents in target markets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients and distributors
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing communication with key clients
- Work closely with the marketing team to tailor promotional activities for target markets
- Collaborate with the finance, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of objectives
- Report to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and export activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in international or export sales
- Proven track record of growing sales and expanding into new markets, ideally within the Balkan region
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of export regulations and logistics
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel across the Balkan region
