JUNIOR FINANCE ANALYST
Position responsibilities and duties:
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization to derive insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and analytical tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and presentations as needed.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in finance or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
