Your Tasks

• Record downtime and lead root cause analysis for equipment failure
• Organize daily activities for maintenance technicians
• Create preventive maintenance plan for production equipment (autonomous, cleaning WI, equipment analysis
• Ensure all preventive maintenance tasks are performed accordingly to the preventive maintenance plan
• Diagnosing problems when machinery breaks down and deciding the best way to repair them
• Train equipment users for autonomous maintenance and cleaning
• Engage the possibility to implement predictive maintenance on equipment
• Ensure proper records for all maintenance check lists, records and documents
• Continuous improvement ideas on new maintenance approaches to ensure reduction of downtime and equipment longevity
• Ensure spare parts quantity matches with need.

​Your Profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
• Advanced knowledge of products, processes and standards
• Skilled in Office software, such as Excel, PPT, Auto-CAD, Visio, Power-BI, SAP, RQM
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
